The second phase of a new laboratory complex for the Tanzania Atomic Energy Commission (TAEC) is nearly at the finishing point.
Ongoing construction of the four storey lab complex started on September 2019 and the currently progress is good as the development is almost 87 percent complete.
The new Mega Laboratory Complex is expected to serve the East and Central African countries. A total of 10.4 billion shillings is budgeted for the project and direct funded by the Government
