One of the legal mandates of TAEC is to provide training in the field of peaceful uses of atomic energy, nuclear technology, radiation protection, nuclear safety and waste management. This role will be implemented following the attached training calendar for the financial year 2025/2026. The courses are designed to provide comprehensive knowledge on radiation safety for occupationally exposed workers across various sectors, including health, mining, industry, security, ports operations, and research. The primary objective of the training is to promote safety and security of radiation-emitting devices and radioactive materials while obtaining the maximum benefits of nuclear science and technology for social economic development. 

Therefore, all Occupationally Exposed Workers and other Stakeholders are invited to apply for the training sessions as outlined in this calendar. Organizations or individuals with specific training needs not reflected in the current calendar are encouraged to reach out for customized arrangements by contacting us via training@taec.go.tz. The course fee is TSh. 500,000/= per participant for five days.
