Honorable Minister of Education Science and Technology Prof. Joyce Ndalichako (MP) visited Tanzania Atomic Energy Commission Headquarters in Arusha to review the final stages of construction and installation of modern equipment in the new laboratory. The lab facility will be used for calibrating and testing radiation equipment in order to increase the safety and control of radioactive sources in the country. The Commission will be able to deliver quality services effectively and boost productivity fo the nation. The modern equipments will serve needs not only within the country but also all other countries in the East African Region and beyond
